Picture description: content, what type of commission (listed above), purpose, canvas size, composition etc; the more detailed your description the better (i.e. showing references, characters personality/environment...)
50% of the payment must be delivered as soon as I accept the commission, you can send the other half either immediately or just before I send you the finished commission
I will send you a rough sketch in the beginning to confirm if you're okay with the overall look
Usually my drawing pace is fairly quick so you will most likely receive your artwork in 1-2 weeks
If I happen to be busy and take longer than intended I will let you know beforehand. I'm also open for full refunds if I exceed the time limit.

If I don't feel like working on the commission (Too difficult for me or makes me uncomfortable) I will politely refuse and ask you to request another artist who is more suitable to do the job
